Perindah Kediaman Anda dengan Genteng Metal Pasir
Tutup rumah anda dengan genteng beton, genteng metal berpasir, genteng keramik atau produk genteng lainnya. Bermacam-macam model genteng yang dijual umum di toko bangunan seperti 9Benua, salah satu bahan genteng yang akan kita cari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangannya hari ini adalah genteng metal. Genteng metal adalah genteng yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan logam yang bisa dibuat sesuai dengan ukuran dan ketebalan tertentu.Biasanya ada dua macam genteng metal yang dijual di pasaran, genteng metal polos dan genteng metal pasir. Bedanya dari genteng berpasir yaitu genteng berpasir dapat menahan panas dan meredam suara angin lebih baik dibanding dengan yang polos.
Genteng tipe ini lebih murah harganya dibandingkan dengan genteng keramik, walaupun untuk di pulau Jawa harganya relatif sama atau mungkin genteng keramik lebih murah tapi kalau kita hitung dengan ongkos kirim perkilo nya, maka genteng metal akan jauh lebih murah jadinya.
Instalasi genteng metal pun lebih praktis dibanding dengan tipe lainnya, karena lebih ringan jadi tidak membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang banyak juga. Walaupun terlihat ringan dan tipis, tapi kalau sudah dirakit dengan rangka baja, maka akan jadi kaku/rigid sehingga bisa tahan gempa, angin atau kerusakan lainnya.
Salah satu kekurangan dari genteng metal adalah ketahanan terhadap karat, tapi semua material metal pasti akan berkarat, hanya tergantung dari lapisan yang anda gunakan, disesuaikan dengan keuangan dan tempat tinggal anda, ingin dibuat untuk tahan berapa lama genteng ini anda siapkan untuk mempercantik dan bertahan diatas rumah anda.
